If you are a crocheter or a knitter then you've most likely heard of Ravelry. If you haven't and you do crochet or knit (or even if you don't) you should totally check this site out. It's the most awesome community for yarnaholics. So it should come as no surprise that I've accumulated around 180 patterns that I want to try from Ravelry. This is probably not unusual, but as my friend pointed out it would take me half a year to complete all the things on my list if I was to do one each day. Which is pretty impossible. And since I don't want to take 5 years to get to everything on the list I decided to get in gear. The first thing I went for was this lovely little construction cone! Perfect for when I want to mark a work in progress zone. Which is, believe it or not, most often my computer. I also thought it would be pretty funny to leave these things in the middle of the sidewalk and see how people react to them. That might just be my first yarnbomb project for the summer. Heh heh.
